God's boundless mercy is a central theme throughout the Bible, reflecting His infinite compassion and forgiveness towards humanity. In the Old Testament, God's mercy is evident in His patience and willingness to forgive the Israelites despite their repeated disobedience (Exodus 34:6-7).
